For your transcript request to be processed before the Holiday Office Closure, please request your transcript online or drop off your request at the security desk on 80 Sheppard Avenue East, before December 23, 2024. Please be advised that transcripts requested on December 23, 2024 or after this date will be ready only after January 16, 2025.

An official Ontario Student Transcript is a record of credits achieved in secondary school. Transcripts are required for university / college application, other post secondary programs, employment, etc.
All school boards in Ontario are mandated to maintain the Ontario Student Record (OSR) folder including a copy of the official Student Transcript (OST) for a minimum of 55 years after the student is demitted.
Student Diploma requests may take up to 8-12 weeks to be processed.
