The goal of the Educational Research Department within the Toronto Catholic District School Board (TCDSB) is to improve learning and well-being by fostering and supporting an evidence-informed approach.

We collaborate with partners within the TCDSB learning community and externally to promote a culture of inquiry that supports our system priorities, school effectiveness, and educational accountability.

Our Research Review Committee evaluates requests from external institutions, organizations, or individuals applying to conduct research in TCDSB schools.
