Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Access
Toronto Catholic District School Board (TCDSB) uses Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) as an additional security layer for staff to access board resources.
Refer to the following instructions if you have not registered before the activation date:
Call the Service Desk if you cannot access board resources due to the following reasons:
Forgot your smartphone or security token.
Stolen phone, phone replacement or upgrade.
Lost security token.
