Director of Education’s Performance Appraisal Attestation

A very significant role and responsibility of the Board of Trustees is to work with the Director to design the annual performance appraisal plan, to conduct the review, to evaluate the Director’s performance, to give the Director feedback and to begin the cycle again for the following year.

The achievement of the required actions throughout the appraisal cycle is reported to the Minister of Education and to the Toronto Catholic District School Board (TCDSB) Community by posting on the TCDSB website.

The required attestation for the 2024-2025 appraisal cycle was sent to the Honourable Minister of Education, Mr. Todd Smith, on July 25, 2024.
