The Toronto Catholic District School Board (TCDSB) is committed to ensure our employees and internal and external stakeholders observe the highest standards of ethics in the conduct of their duties and responsibilities, practice honesty and integrity in fulfilling their responsibilities, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. 

Our Code of Conduct extends to all individuals or organizations engaged in education or other activities that could have an impact on the climate of TCDSB schools or worksites.

Whistleblower Policy

Our Whistleblower Policy and Operational Procedure provide a framework for the disclosure and investigation of alleged wrongdoing to a third-party whistleblower hotline, as well as protection from reprisal or threat of reprisal for those who make disclosures of such information.
