Dismantling Anti-Black Racism in the TCDSB Equity Action Plan (2023-2026)
Dismantling Anti-Black Racism is one of our key braided strands in the Toronto Catholic District School Board (TCDSB) 2023-2026 Equity Action Plan. Our Dismantling Anti-Black Racism Strategy includes the following action items:
Hiring more Black staff.
Representation in curriculum.
Anti-racism professional learning for staff.
Restorative justice.
Strengthen trust and engagement with the TCDSB Black community.
Mental Health and wellbeing for Black students.
