Congratulations to Federico O. from Neil McNeil High School for earning a bronze medal in the 64 kg weight class at the OFSAA Wrestling Championship earlier this month. After a tough start that saw him fall to the consolation bracket, Federico bounced back strong on the second day, not allowing a single point. He dominated his quarter and semi-final matches, winning 10-0, before pinning his opponent to secure the bronze. Federico's victory was even more special as he was supported by his father, uncle, two cousins, and community coach Vincent Sandir—each of whom is a former wrestler and proud Neil McNeil alumnus.
