The Toronto Catholic District School Board (TCDSB) has initiatives and funds that help schools to create and promote sustainable outdoor environments.

The Playground and Schoolyard Revitalization Fund is funding made available to schools in each Ward for school ground improvements.

The Sustainable Outdoor Environment, Capital Development, Tree Planting Program, in partnership with the City of Toronto, bringing new trees to our school properties, is now available and accessible to TCDSB schools.

The Sustainable Outdoor Environment, Capital Development team's Bike Rack program in partnership with Green Communities Canada, bringing free bike racks to school communities within TCDSB, is now available for TCDSB schools.
