Madonna Catholic Secondary School is committed to the implementation of a Full Inclusion and Collaborative Model of Special Service Delivery.
The mandate of the Special Education Department is to support the implementation of the Identification Placement and Review Committee recommendations, in a spirit of partnership with the student, parents, classroom teacher, and the student services counselors and administration at Madonna Catholic Secondary School.
Individual Student Supports may include: monitoring and support by the resource teacher (including compensatory strategies related to learning difficulties) and program accommodations / modifications.
The staff at Madonna Catholic Secondary School aims to provide a welcoming and academically challenging environment to students of all exceptionalities.
