At Loretto Abbey Catholic Secondary School, we are thrilled to share that our students placed first in the Engineering Idol competition held in York University last Saturday on March 22, 2025.
Our students had to find a solution to mitigate wildfires anywhere in the world. They worked for months on the project and their efforts paid off—literally: they won $750 to divide amongst themselves.
