St. Mary Catholic Academy's annual Valentine’s Day Dance, originally scheduled for February 13, had to be postponed due to Toronto's snowstorm. Thanks to the dedication of SMCA staff, the invaluable leadership of Mr. Scopelliti, and the flexibility of the attendees, the event was successfully rescheduled to February 20 (Thursday), when everyone eagerly came together to celebrate!

The school's cafeteria and gym were beautifully decorated in red, pink, purple, and white hearts! This perfectly set the tone for the friendship day that students so eagerly await each year during the winter months. Students enjoyed the face painting and tattoo stations, along with taking photos at the photo booth, and of course socializing and dancing! Everyone enjoyed the much anticipated postponed event so that we could create yet another year of Valentine's Day memories together at SMCA.

The event was a true celebration of friendship and love! SMCA students felt overjoyed to host their friends and our attendees left with full hearts. Celebrating love and spreading positivity is what SMCA is all about! Thank you to all involved who made this day possible. Happy (belated) Valentine's Day to all!
