This past week, students from St. John Henry Newman Catholic Secondary School in grades 10-12 attended the LEVEL UP career fair, hosted by the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Trades, and Skill Development. The event showcased Ontario's 140+ skilled trades through engaging interactive exhibitions and hands-on activities.

Students had the chance to connect with skilled trades professionals from industry organizations, post-secondary institutions, businesses, and associations. They also heard inspiring insights from tradespeople and local employers about rewarding career opportunities in the skilled trades sector.

The LEVEL UP career fair was an exciting opportunity for students to explore pathways that could shape their future while gaining valuable knowledge about Ontario’s thriving skilled trades industry.
