Parent Council
Welcome to Marshall McLuhan Catholic Secondary School, an amazing community that students, teachers, and parents are proud to be a part of.
All parents and guardians of students at McLuhan are encouraged to take an active role in the Catholic School Parent (CSPC). There are many issues that affect our students and CSPC is the forum through which parents have a voice in the education of their children.
CSPC meetings provide an opportunity to hear about recent school activities, future plans, changes being mandated by the Ministry of Education, school curriculum and issues that affect our students. CSPC is the forum to ask questions and express opinions.
Our CSPC plays an active role within the school and has been involved in the development of many activities that help make McLuhan one of the finest schools in Toronto. We provide valuable input to the school administration on all aspects of your child’s education – academic, social, athletic and spiritual.
We encourage all parents to become involved and support the school community and your child's education. Looking forward to meeting you at the next event.
For further information, please contact the school or email cspc.marshallmcluhan@tcdsb.org.
Meeting Dates
CSPC meetings take place at 6:30 PM. We encourage all parents and guardians to attend our CSPC meetings.

Membership
All parents and guardians of students at Marshall McLuhan are invited to take an active role on the CSPC.
Nominations for CSPC Council
CSPC seeks nominations for various positions at the beginning of the school year. Information about the nomination process is sent out in September. Being on the CSPC executive does not require a big commitment on your part. There are only 6 meetings a year that last a couple of hours.
Even if you are not able to commit to serving on CSPC, we encourage you to attend our monthly CSPC meetings. It is a great way to find out what is happening in the school.
