Guidance
The Guidance Department is committed to offering a variety of services including the support of students’ academic, social emotional, and career planning needs.
Aside from personal counselling, counsellors assist students with course selection and post-secondary and career planning goals. Students also have the opportunity to explore the many options available to them through the Career Studies course, Co-operative Education, presentations, and the school’s annual post-secondary fair.
Students are encouraged to make appointments with their counsellor and to visit the guidance office regularly for information and resources on university, college, apprenticeship, and workplace pathways and for volunteer, job, and scholarship opportunities.
