This past November, students from St. Michael’s Choir School joined forces with St. Joseph’s College School and the Community Music Schools of Toronto to present the second annual SMCS Gives Back Concert at the Redwood Theatre.
The concert showcased the incredible talents of young musicians, featuring a wide range of performances, including singers, pianists, violinists, a jazz combo, rock bands, drum machine compositions, and even DJs and turntablists.
Proceeds from the event were donated to the Community Music Schools of Toronto , an organization that provides free music education to youth under 18 in the Regent Park and Jane-Finch communities.
