St. John Paul II Catholic Secondary School's recent Mental Health Action Week provided a platform for students and staff to prioritize well-being through a diverse array of activities. Beginning with Monday morning Mass and a dedicated Mental Health Liturgy, the week progressed with sessions focused on mindfulness and meditation, featuring guest speaker Matthew "Testament" Jones sharing insights on resilience.

Attendees engaged in mindful colouring, received positive affirmations, and participated in student-led workshops, fostering a supportive atmosphere of self-care and reflection. The week culminated in an inclusive experience for ISP students, featuring interactive songs and games, underscoring the school's commitment to nurturing mental health within its community.
