St. Joan of Arc Catholic Academy's Christmas Special Education Program Experiential Learning at Scarborough Town Centre and Visit with Santa!
Every week, our students in the Special Education program at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Academy visit the Scarborough Town Center to practice TTC Training, Social Skills, and Personal Life Skills. They have the opportunity for development of life skills, buying their lunch at the food court, and eating with their friends.
Visits to some of the STC stores provides opportunities to become familiar with different type of merchandise, pricing, etiquette, and more. As a memory of their special time at St. Joan of Arc with their classmates and staff, a professional photo with Santa was arranged to be shared with their families!
