From November 11 to November 22, St. Joan of Arc Catholic Academy came together for a meaningful anti-bullying and kindness initiative. Students created songs, poems, videos, and posters, shared uplifting messages on lockers, and engaged in school-wide discussions. Our "Caught You Caring" campaign also highlighted the importance of kindness by recognizing students who demonstrated compassion in their daily actions. Daily announcements reminded us of our Catholic values, encouraging kindness, respect, and empathy. This initiative fostered a lasting culture of compassion and support that will continue to inspire our community long after the event.
We are also proud of the work that our students created for our Anti-Bullying & Kindness Contest:
Essay: "Why Kindness is Important to Everyone" by Clark Kent S.
Poem/Song: "A Bully's Words" by Alyna Z.
Video: "Stand Up to Bullying. Be Kind" by Arunashivani R. R.
Keep it up, SJOA!
