This month, Michael Power/St. Joseph High School hosted the Toronto Catholic District School Board (TCDSB) West-End Division Chess Tournament, welcoming graduating players from Bishop Allen, Chaminade, Dante Alighieri, Father John Redmond, Michael Power/St. Joseph, Monsignor Percy Johnson, St. Basil-the-Great, and St. Oscar Romero.
Congratulations to these students for their outstanding accomplishments in chess and for keeping chess alive at their schools! Their teams and coaches will truly miss them. May God Bless them in their future endeavours.
