Extracurriculars

At Michael Power - St. Joseph High School, we believe in developing our students academically to their highest potential, and also in providing them with opportunities to have a fun and fulfilling student life outside of their classes. We offer a diverse range of co-curricular opportunities that our students can participate in, from sports to the arts to the sciences to community service. Whether you are interested in the choir, robotics, or debating, there is a club for you!

Student Administrative Council (SAC)

MPSJ's Student Administrative Council (SAC) is a body of students elected to represent their fellow students. The Council works throughout the year from Orientation to Prom to provide you with fun and exciting social activities that bring your peers together - both on and off campus. The Student Council organizes a yearly Club Fair to help link you to the various organizations within the school. Interested in music? Then Coffee House and Talent Show are for you. Feel like you have a future in broadcasting or social media? Then maybe you'd like to become the new Publicity Rep. How about showing your school spirit? Students from every grade are represented on SAC- including two positions reserved for Grade Nines!
