Father John Redmond Catholic Secondary School is excited to share the wonderful experience our dedicated teachers had during the Faith Day on November 15, as they spent a day of service across the community. With hearts full of faith and a desire to make a positive impact, our educators put aside their lesson plans for a day to engage directly in acts of service and kindness.
On this special day, our teachers participated in a variety of community projects, ranging from organizing food drives to assisting at local shelters, and even helping with environmental clean-up efforts in our parks. Each project reflected the values we instill in our students every day: compassion, generosity, and a commitment to making the world a better place.
Not only was this day an opportunity for teachers to give back, but it also allowed them to connect with the broader community in meaningful ways. By serving together, our educators strengthened their bonds, shared in the joy of giving, and reaffirmed the importance of living out the values of faith and service that we strive to nurture in our students.
We are so proud of the way our teachers embody the spirit of service, and we hope that their example will inspire all of us—students, families, and staff alike—to continue looking for ways to serve others in our community.
