Father John Redmond Catholic Secondary School’s Track and Field team competed at the Toronto District Catholic Athletic Association (TDCAA) Track and Field Championships on May 13-14, 2024. The team continues Father John Redmond's legacy in the Track and Field world, bringing home 3 TDCAA Championship banners. The team won the Novice Girls Championship, the Senior Girls Championship, and the Overall Girls Championship. They brought home 21 medals, with 9 individual 1st place winners in their respective events.
The team will continue on to the Metro Track and Field Championships with 26 individual athletes qualifying for the next meet, in hopes of qualifying for the Ontario Federation of School Athletic Associations (OFSAA) provincials.
Our athletes have been working hard over the past few months in both the indoor and outdoor season, finishing the race and keeping the faith.
