On February 3, 2025 (Monday), the St. Joseph’s College School community had the privilege of hosting an engaging and memorable Lunar New Year celebration.
The event not only fostered a deeper understanding of the Lunar New Year, but allowed international students to teach their peers about their culture. Students were able to indulge in delicious traditional foods, participate in games with prizes, and watch videos made by students about the customs and traditions regarding the Spring Festival.
The Lunar New Year celebration at St. Joseph’s College School was a resounding success—a perfect example of how collective effort and shared enthusiasm can bring a community together. Thank you to the initiative of Ms. Doyle, the endeavours of an amazing group of student volunteers, and the contributions of Ms. Richards and all the staff whose efforts made this day possible!
