The St. Joseph’s College School String Ensemble, led by Dr. Daniel Hasznos, performed at this year’s Ontario String Association Festival on April 17, 2024 (Wednseday) held at Central Peel Public High School. After an amazing performance, the ensemble earned a Gold Award, with an invitation to participate in MusicFest Nationals.
Earlier in February, the SJCS Wind Ensemble performed at the Ontario Band Association Festival. After an energetic performance, they earned a Gold Award, including an "Overall Outstanding Performance Award", which landed them a spot at MusicFest Nationals too. They will be joining the SJCS Choir at Nationals later in May, as St. Joseph’s College School celebrates their 170th Anniversary.
