Congratulations to the St. Barnabas Jr. Division students on their ethnocultural dance performance. Under the direction of Mr. Novis, Ms. Wendy Jones and Mr. Martin-Scott Pascall, students were taught dances from various countries such as, the Philippines, Latin America, India, and the Caribbean.
The costumes were hand made by Mr. Martin-Scott and choreography developed by both, Ms. Wendy Jones and Mr. Pascall. This was a wonderful evening of inclusivity, diversity and the celebration of Multiculturalism.
In partnership with St. Mother Teresa Catholic Academy, students performed for over 300 parents, students and Board members. Students learned about culture, tradition and customs while performing dances from around the world. Congratulations!
