The students of St. Albert Catholic School, Kindergarten to Grade 8, were inspired to creativity by the book Drawing God by Karen Kiefer. Each stroke of a pencil, crayon, oil pastel and marker in the drawings, brought to light our student’s belief in God and how we see Him in our daily life as Catholics. The drawings were unique, and we had more than 150 creations displayed in the hallways.
In the words of Olivia from Ms. Wills’s class: "Participating in the Drawing God event at my school made me feel happy. Drawing the cover of the book was a fun activity to take part in and I’m grateful that I could help make this event possible in my school."
