On Thursday, April 17, 2025, the James Cardinal McGuigan (JCM) cafetorium was buzzing with excitement as it transformed into a vibrant hub of creativity and entrepreneurship for our fourth annual Spring Marketplace. This year’s event was a huge success, highlighting the incredible talent and drive of 35 student vendors.

The cafetorium was filled with a wide variety of unique and handcrafted items—everything from cupcakes, cookies, and savory snacks to crochet accessories, vintage clothing, jewelry, beauty products, flowers, stickers, and drinks. Each student vendor took full ownership of their mini-businesses: sourcing materials, creating products, and designing eye-catching booths. Their creativity, dedication, and entrepreneurial spirit were on full display as they turned ideas into real-world experiences.

A special shoutout goes to Ms. Nigro’s business class, who organized the entire event. From planning logistics to managing all the day-of details, their behind-the-scenes efforts made the Marketplace run smoothly and successfully. It was a true testament to the power of hands-on learning and student initiative.

Thank you to our administration team for their ongoing support, to the teachers who helped supervise, and to all the staff and students who came out to support our budding entrepreneurs. We can’t wait to see what next year brings!
