Father Henry Carr Catholic Secondary School hosted our Annual Elementary Crusader Classic Girls Basketball Tournament on February 5, 2025 (Wednesday) & February 11, 2025 (Tuesday). Spots filled up quickly as teams and coaches were eager to provide competition for their athletes in order to prepare for this year's play-offs! Twelve elementary teams from Toronto Catholic District School board (TCDSB) schools all over the Greater Toronto Area signed up to participate. Six teams per day competed for a championship banner and medals. The tournament was a great success, allowing our young athletes to showcase their talents.
Two teams battled their way to a championship. The winners for this year's tournaments are St. Francis de Sales and St. Dorothy. All student/athletes had an opportunity to experience an organized, high school, athletic event, facilitated by FHC female student council members and FHC female Basketball Student/Athletes. We look forward to continuing to support our communities' elementary sporting experiences in the Future!
