Kimani Stewart-Baynes, a graduate of Father Henry Carr Catholic Secondary School, achieved a significant milestone today by being selected as the fourth overall pick in the Major League Soccer (MLS) draft after just one year with the University of Maryland Men's Soccer Team.

His outstanding performance earned him the title of Big Ten Freshman of the Year, having scored three goals and contributed seven assists in fourteen matches, a record-breaking feat for a Maryland freshman.

Additionally, Kimani secured a deal with Generation Adidas, garnering attention when featured on Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC). Notably, during his time at FHC, Kimani led the boys' soccer team to an Ontario Federation of School Athletic Associations (OFSAA) Championship in 2022.
