ECSLIT

The Elementary Catholic Student Leadership Impact Team (ECSLIT) is a group of elementary student leaders (grades 6, 7 and 8) from across the Toronto Catholic District School Board (TCDSB) who meet once a month to network, share ideas, polish their leadership skills, learn about topics that impact elementary students, and have fun!

There are over 200 student leaders and 45+ teachers representing schools from Scarborough to Etobicoke who participate. All schools are welcome to come join us.

General Assembly

Our ECSLIT General Assembly meetings are held monthly, from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM. All students of ECSLIT’s member schools are entitled to be a member of ECSLIT, and are invited to all General Assembly meetings. All TCDSB elementary schools are entitled to be a member school of ECSLIT.

Get Involved!

So, what do we do every month?  Every meeting is different, but we generally:

  • Start with prayer.

  • Have a fun ice breaker.

  • Listen to words of wisdom from a Superintendent or Trustee.

  • Celebrate our Catholic faith.

  • Hear from a guest or motivational speaker.

  • Eat Pizza!

  • Learn leadership skills from different teachers sharing their best practices.

  • Get informed about upcoming leadership events and opportunities.

Come and join us!
